BASIC FUNCTIONS: Responsible for utilizing equipment to consistently produce a quality product in an efficient manner and responsible for:

• Perform metal finishing preparation to Class “A” Standards on both painted (black cab repair) and unpainted cabs.  This consists of hand working sheet metal, filing, grinding, buffing, DA’ing, and repainting to remove imperfections.
• Set up and perform simple and complex assembly operations on bench, floor fixture, or progressive line
• Operate hand and/or power tools
• Inspection as outlined in the Inspection Instruction sheets
• Operate manual production equipment including, but not limited to, spot welders, mig welders, gas welders, plasma-cutters, sealer flow guns, sanders, grinders, etc as appropriate for assigned areas
• Use various measurement tools
• Upholding and maintaining the team oriented environment with quality goals
