Mafic USA, the first Basalt fiber plant in the United States begin production in late July. We are now searching for the perfect candidate to join our team as Customer Service / Logistics manager.
The Customer Service Representative is a liaison between customers and the company. He or she will answer customer questions, resolve customer complaints and address emergency issues. As Logistics manager, he or she will also be responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving.
This description shall include the following duties but is not limited to those specified.
Required Competencies: Ability to write effective correspondence. Ability to maintain a professional manner when interacting with customers. Possess strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of programs. Possess advanced computer skills, an understanding of sophisticated phone systems and office equipment.
