Work Hours: 6:30am to 3:00pm
Pay Rate: $13.00/hour
Estimated Duration: 3-6 months+
Basic arithmetic knowledge (i.e.; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
and ability to use basic numerical concepts (e.g., whole numbers, percentages)
to complete job task
Understand the use of precision measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers and bore gauges
Understanding of both English (Imperial/Inch) and Metric measurement systems
Ability to read and understand engineering blueprints/drawing specifications
Perform basic inspections to verify parts/finished good are to specifications (EOL, parts, etc.)
Basic understanding of materials (steel vs aluminum) and manufacturing processes (turned vs milled)
Understand and follow quality procedures
Ability to examine connections and components for function & fit
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Proficient in use of desktop computer software including Microsoft Office
Ability to learn the use of CMM and accompanying software
NOTE: Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
High School Diploma or GED
One (1) plus year in a manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Ability to stand/walk for approximately 75% of the day.
