Job Description

$2000 SIGNING BONUS after 90 days of successful employment. 

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Maintenance Manager has specific responsibilities to direct the maintenance programs and processes of all CORMETECH Regeneration Facilities to ensure timely and effective production. Provides leadership, direction, supervision, and guidance for all maintenance activities. Ensures excellent safety performance throughout the maintenance department. Oversees that all health and environmental regulations are maintained during all equipment repairs, property maintenance and equipment installation. Must be flexible and available outside of normal work schedule and on holidays. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for a team that spans 20 hours of coverage Sunday to Thursday and 12 hours of coverage on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Follow and implement all safety procedures, equipment, and performance standards
• Execute, oversee, and direct all facility repairs, equipment repairs and equipment installation
• Oversee all maintenance needs for the main production plant and four external warehouses
• Manage and directs all maintenance personnel including the janitorial staff
• Execute and implement best preventative maintenance practices to ensure the plant operates on schedule
• Present and suggest better equipment, process solutions, and generate cost saving scenarios
• Coordinate and give guidance on maintenance requirements to management
• Manage schedules for people and equipment
• Assemble and submit monthly reporting metrics and information using statistical analysis
• Coordinate and communicate equipment “up-time” issues to production team and management
• Manage, oversee, and coordinate all maintenance related inventory requirements
• Communicate equipment preventative maintenance needs between production plant and dry operations
• Regularly report on equipment issues and downtime
• Prepare reports of experimental equipment and/or pilot units
• Identify discrepancies that occur from projected results and formulate conclusions and recommendations based on data obtained

A successful candidate must have:
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Two-year mechanical/electrical technical degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in maintenance
• A minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience
• Good understanding of the technical features of controls, electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry
• Excellent organization and leadership abilities
• Exceptional communication and people skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
