The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work independently, generating sales leads, identifying new markets, and creating marketing strategies. Riddley Metals, Inc., a sister company of Riddley Retail Fixtures, Inc., is currently looking for experienced supervisors with a manufacturing background to lead the staff at our new facility in Shelby, NC. Experience with welding, working with sheet metal (laser cutting, forming) or working with steel tubing and quality control is a plus.

Basic job duties will include:
Overseeing daily activities of metal fabrication team
Assist with machine set-ups, changeovers and troubleshooting
Monitor incoming goods and production parts for quality
Execute daily production plans to meet scheduling goals
Operate equipment as needed
Enforce safety regulations
Basic administrative duties, attendance tracking, reporting, etc.
